Spontaneously, I ordered a beginner-friendly setup, picked up a fresh roast from one of my favorite coffee roasters in Zurich, and started diving into online tutorials.
I have since upgraded to my absolute favorite type of home barista machine—an amazing piece of engineering that I truly enjoy operating every single day. Thanks to this precision, endless practice, a family that happily acts as my taste-testers, and two loyal miniature poodles waiting for the splash of micro-foam, the pours are getting better every day.
