I turned one of my greatest hobbies into my profession. What started in my childhood bedroom on an Amiga 2000, followed by an Amiga 4000 and eventually my first PC, evolved into a full-time tech career. It has been a journey that has granted me invaluable experiences across numerous countries, diverse cultures, and inspiring organizations.
Working alongside customers, partners, and colleagues on challenging, innovative engagements is what truly drives me. I love solving complex problems that make a real difference and creating success as a team.
Beyond leadership and technology, I deeply enjoy mentoring and lecturing talented people—there is always so much we can learn from one another. Another incredibly rewarding milestone was co-authoring a software architecture book in both German and English together with great friends and colleagues.
